Victoria Castillo

Victoria CastilloETF Marketing Manager

  • Joined the firm in 2022
  • Industry experience: 6 years
  • Education: B.A., Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Fullerton

Victoria’s marketing career began in the agency world as a social media and paid media professional. While supporting a multitude of brands, she gained a keen sense of which industries were moving toward greater digital media advancement. Many ETF issuers at the time were growing more innovative and adopting sophisticated strategies to engage their audiences, so Victoria jumped at the opportunity to be a part of the excitement. She submerged herself in the ETF space as a Social Media Manager with VettaFi (formerly ETF Trends and ETF Database).

After seeing an opportunity to expand marketing activities at VettaFi, Victoria took the initiative to oversee video production and marketing efforts companywide, and also for Exchange: An ETF Experience. Her digital campaigns, video series, and podcast productions on behalf of ARK and iShares were incredibly successful, and piqued her interest in bringing experiential marketing to life in a new, diverse way for a more niche brand – Motley Fool Asset Management. Today she leads marketing initiatives at the firm in an effort to educate new audiences about our ETFs, and to create engaging experiences for all of our current and prospective buyers.
